He grew up immersed in multifamily operations through Kalt Property Management, a company founded in 1962 by his parents, Sam and Illona. Over the years, Paul has developed a diverse real estate portfolio, currently managing and owning over 300 apartment units across Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. Beyond multifamily, Paul brings extensive experience in building high-end custom homes in Los Angeles, showcasing his expertise in single-family residential construction and design.
